Cleveland Rocks

During a trip home to Ohio, we went up to Cleveland to the West Side Market, which started in 1840! The permanent indoor building was built in 1915, and the construction of the building has so much character - most noticeably the ornate brick ceiling.

The market has an expected variety of fruits, vegetables, meats, and bakery items.

It was about lunchtime when we got up there, and if you're going to find yourself hungry somewhere, this is the place to be. I spotted a crepe station and got the La Chèvre - spinach tomato & goat cheese in a hot crepe.

After the market, we walked around the shops just outside and mentally noted that we need to come back up to dinner!

We drove around some other cute neighborhoods and stumbled on this old graveyard where most tombstones were from the late 1800s.

And lastly, it wouldn't be a Cleveland post without the King...
